Add each service on the Products page with its name and price, so that staff pick it on a sale like any product, marked Service.
No stock to count.
Services stay off the stock lists and low-stock warnings, so that a services-only business is never asked to add stock. Choose "We sell services, not products" at setup and the Dashboard opens straight away.
Products too, if you sell them.
A salon that also sells hair products keeps their stock in the same place, so that one sale can hold a service and the products used or sold.

Take cash, M-Pesa or card, or let a regular customer pay later, so that today's takings and what is still owed are on your phone.
Questions owners ask
Does HeriBMS book appointments?
No. HeriBMS records sales, payments and customers. It does not take bookings.
Can I change the price of a service?
Yes. Change it under Edit on the Products page. Earlier sales keep the price they were sold at, and the change is recorded with who made it.
Do services show in my reports?
Yes. They count as sales in your reports and in profit and loss.
